Easy Mode or Pro Mode: choose your workspace

Two ways to use SponsorGlobal, with one account and one balance. Find the interface that fits the way you like to work.

SponsorGlobal offers two workspace modes. Easy Mode keeps the navigation focused on the everyday steps of choosing a service and managing an order. Pro Mode exposes the wider set of tools in the account.

Choosing a mode is a preference about the interface. It does not create a second account or a separate wallet. You can use the mode controls inside the workspace when you want to change the way you work.

Start with Easy Mode for a focused workflow

Easy Mode uses service cards to guide selection. Its main menu includes New Order, Orders History, Add Funds, Funds Load History and Support, with Logout available when you are finished.

This is a useful starting point if you want fewer navigation choices. Select the relevant platform and service, read the package description and check the requested link format. Enter your quantity and review the total before submitting.

Simplifying the interface does not remove the need to check a package's conditions. The description, minimum quantity, maximum quantity and any refill terms still matter to your decision.

Use Pro Mode when you want more tools visible

Pro Mode provides the more detailed selection interface and restores the full account navigation. This includes links to tools such as the service catalog, subscriptions and API information, where available in your account.

More visible options do not make every tool necessary for every order. You can continue using the standard order form and explore additional tools only when you have a reason to use them. Check each tool's requirements before setting it up.

Your balance and history stay with the account

Funds added in one mode are available in the other because both modes use the same wallet. Likewise, an order created in Easy Mode remains part of the same Order History when you switch to Pro Mode.

Use Funds Load History to review funding records and Order History to review orders. They answer different questions: one tracks account funding, while the other tracks the orders you placed.

Switch when it helps your task

Use the Easy Mode and Pro Mode controls in the workspace to save your preference. On the New Order page, the mode switch is designed to preserve the order details already entered while changing the presentation.

Always review the selected package, link, quantity and total before sending an order, especially after moving between tools or pages. Saving a mode preference does not place an order.

If you are unsure where to find a feature, open Support and describe what you are trying to do. Include an order ID when the question relates to an existing order. Never include your password in a support message.
