Two packages can have similar names and very different conditions. Before choosing a social media service, work out what you need and read the complete package description. A low headline rate is only one part of the decision.
This guide walks through the details to compare in SponsorGlobal. It is a selection checklist, not a promise of reach, sales or a particular delivery time.
Start with the target and the service type
Decide whether you are working with an account, a post or a video. Then choose the matching platform and service type. A package intended for a profile may expect a different link from one intended for an individual reel. Copy the correct public link and check it before submitting.
Use the description to confirm what the package delivers. Likes, views and followers are different quantities. Do not infer geographic targeting, audience characteristics or delivery speed from a short package name alone.
Read the quantity limits before budgeting
Each package has a minimum and maximum quantity. A small test still needs to meet the minimum. Check that your intended quantity sits inside the allowed range, then review the total shown in the order form.
Pay attention to the rate unit. A rate shown per 1,000 is different from a price per item. Compare packages using the same quantity and unit; the total for the quantity you intend to order is the useful number for your budget.
Separate start time from completion time
A stated start time describes when work may begin. It does not mean the whole quantity will be delivered within that window. Delivery speed, quantity and current availability can all affect the completion time.
If an average time is available, use it as context rather than a deadline. If timing matters for a campaign, leave room for variation and ask support about unclear conditions before committing to a larger order.
Read refill terms as a separate condition
A refill option can have eligibility conditions and a time window. It should not be interpreted as permanent coverage. Check the description for the coverage period, exclusions and the steps required to request a refill.
Keep the package details and your order ID available. If the displayed terms are unclear, ask for clarification first instead of assuming a promise that is not written there.
Review once, then follow the order
Before placing the order, check the platform, package, link, quantity and total together. After submission, use Order History to follow the status. If an order seems delayed, check its existing record and contact support with its ID before sending another order for the same target.
A delivered quantity is not the same as an audience relationship or a business result. Continue to evaluate your content and the outcomes that matter to you separately from the order's delivery status.
